Abby Sprouts Return and Exchange PolicyWe strive to choose the best quality, earth friendly products on the market and test them out on our kids, family and friends. If for some reason you are less than satisfied with any product you received from Abby Sprouts please contact us, even in the following return and exchange guidelines do not apply. Abby Sprouts strives for 100% customer satisfaction. We want you to feel good about shopping with us again and again. - Orders are eligible for exchange only within 14 days of receiving your order. Any shipping and delivery fees will be deducted from your Abby Sprouts Credit. If free shipping applied to your order within Canada, actual shipping charges will be deducted from your Abby Sprouts Credit.
- If you wish to return any product(s) please contact us for a return authorization prior to shipping your order back to us. You, the customer, will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
- If you wish to return your product locally, please come into the store with your receipt or the last name on the online order
- Due to the intimate nature of cloth diapers, swim diapers, breast pumps, nursing pillows, nursing pads, nursing bras, and hats we are unable to accept any return or exchange on these items.
- All items must be in their original packaging. Receipt is helpful but not necessary if we can track your order in our computer system. If your receipt # does not match our records we will be unable to accept any return or exchange on your products.
- Refunds will not be provided until the product is received, in new, unused, unworn condition with original packaging and tags.
- Refunds will not be issue for items sent letter mail that have not arrived as it's the customer's choice to accept the risk when choosing this economical shipping method
