Abby Sprouts ships all orders via Canada Post Expedited parcel with tracking number and $100 insurance unless otherwise requested. We are currently offering free shipping over $149 in Canada for a limited time.

To redeem free shipping, please enter coupon code 'FreeShip' at checkout and select free shipping from the drop down menu.

We strive to ship all orders next business day or same business day. If there is cause for delay we will notify you with an email and you will also receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

If you require faster shipping you will see the options at check out, but you will be responsible for full shipping charges.

Shipping from Abby Sprouts on in Victoria, BC on Vancouver Island, usually takes 1-3 business days to arrive at other BC locations. The rest of Canada is generally 3-7 business days (getting longer the further away). Canada Post strives to keep these estimates accurate and we often find orders arriving in BC the next day!

Flat Rate $2.25 Letter Mail Delivery in Canada (Not Insured)

We also offer letter mail delivery for small items (no wider than 20mm) in Canada for $2.25. Letter mail delivery is uninsured and will be at the risk of the customer if chosen instead of paying for expedited shipping with a minimum of $100 insurance. Many of our items can be sent this way- swim diapers, diaper covers, small diaper and insert, amber teething necklace, lifefactory teethers and others. If you are unsure if an item will fit into the letter mail category please contact us. In the event, your order is too large for this delivery method we will contact you for direction.

If you are in Victoria, BC you may pick up your order (free, of course) at our storefront location at 3011 Gosworth Rd. (between Cedar Hill Rd. & Hillside Ave.). Easily accessible with free parking. You may select 'Free Local Pick Up' at check out to avoid shipping charges.
